Okay since they're both females does this mean we keep seeing Trixie cross-dressing as a guy for like half the series instead of a girl? And who would be considered the opposing team rocket brick & Cassidy?

just like the original group! the only differences trixie will be cross-dressing as a guy for half the series, and we already know her sexual orientation,meanwhile everyone who is not Japanese is still wondering if James is interested in guy is over girls, or just refers to be a guy who just likes women's clothing.

well, james is portrayed as a theatrical actor. and in old theater, men played the women roles because it was illegal for women to preform. So one could argue that he just enjoys the clothing

also, his cross dressing is actually strategically smart. Ash and friends are on the look out for a male and female, not two females
AND, Jessie cross dresses just as much as he does so don't forget mentioning her.

but what i meant by twilight and trixie being at eachothers throats is, unlike team rocket, they HATE each other.
Team R atleast can get through a picnic in relative normalicy without one trying to prove she/he's better than the rest.

First off you listen to the Japanese subtitles, the second true Jesse has done her fair share of cross-dressing, and your argument that ash and his friends often look for the two pairs are false, I still remember the one disguise where I could see through it, where the team rocket team was Clark kicking it(thank you comic books, DC comics to give clear details) because rented this was after the seasons are with out Misty. Although you think are rocky gym leader, would realize team rocket disguises for clearly. Considering he can actually tell the difference between nurse Joys!(Really you go over entire episode explaining how he can tell the difference between computer city, and Labrador towns nurse joy, when they have the exact same model.)

As for twilight versus Trixie, fair enough, team rocket doesn't always try to outdo each other, even though Spike is still listed in the same position as our perfect feline friend in team rocket the voice of reason! Also their greedy as hell.
